    For the second year in a row, ESW is excited to release the Request for Proposals for our 2015 Small Project Grants! Thanks to the generosity of our alumni and current members during the winter giving campaign, we have $2,000 to award for new or existing projects. Chapters can apply for up to $500 per chapter by March 20.

    We're starting a new feature at ESW: every month, we'll be focusing on a different sustainability-related issue. This November, we'll be talking about cities. Cities fit into so many different aspects of sustainability: they are huge absolute consumers of energy, but people dwelling in them live low energy lifestyles compared to their suburban counterparts.

The Ohio State University Chapter hosted us for the day, bringing almost 80 students and professionals throughout the Midwest together to get to know each other and learn about a range of sustainability topics.
